Our Managed Mutual Fund Program is designed to assist you and your clients through the complete investment process from client information aggregation to a specific asset allocation model using the universe of available mutual funds. The Managed Mutual Fund Program is made up of four distinct phases, each critical to the development of your client's portfolio.

Phase One
Phase One is instrumental in developing a solid financial picture. During this phase, we will help you:

Evaluate your client's financial goals.
Determine your client's risk tolerance.
Classify your client's current assets, spending and saving habits.
Incorporate taxable, deferred and qualified monies in determining retirement income requirements and long term goals.


Based on the information obtained in Phase One, you will receive portfolio models (strategic, tactical, asset class or combination) that have the highest chance of reaching your clients' return goals, while still meeting suitability for established risk levels. Additionally, through the Ibbotson software reporting system, you'll receive insight into how tax, inflation and interest rate implications affect optimization.

Phase Two
Empire Investment Advisors and Prima Capital Management, Inc., an independent registered investment advisor, have partnered to give you value-added solutions and services. As a financial partner, Prima Capital provides objective, institutional quality research, due diligence, recommendations on mutual funds. The screening, research and selection processes which Prima Capital engages for their "best of class" designations allows advisors to differentiate themselves in the marketplace as well as recommend mutual funds based upon more than criteria-based performance.

Prima's analysis is accessible via Empire's site and provides extensive drill-down capability for:

Additionally, EMAP services provide you with a personalized presentation-ready proposal for you and your client encompassing all information and recommendations stated above.

Phase Three
EMAP will assist you in your selection of fund managers (load or no-load) as you create specific and exclusive portfolios for you clients. We will perform quarterly rebalancing, account reviews and performance reporting, all customized for the Advisor and tailored to meet each client's specific needs and sophistication.

Phase Four
EMAP also gives the advisor web access viewing with a myriad of real time information and reporting - all available at the Advisor's request, 24/7/365:
